How to start marketing automation for a clinic in India

Before you start

Have four things ready:

• A sign-in. A Google account, a Microsoft account, or an email address with a password.
• Your clinic's locality and city, for example "Satellite, Ahmedabad". Sunbots takes one business of your kind per area per plan, so the area is checked before you pay.
• Your GSTIN, which is 15 characters, if you want a GST invoice. With the invoice toggle off, you can pay without one.

Steps: how to start marketing automation for a clinic in India

1. Continue with Google — Open /signup. The screen is headed "Create your account." and says "No card needed yet — you'll see the price before you pay anything." Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft. Or enter your email and a password (8 or more characters, with a letter and a digit) and press Create account.
2. Area you serve — You arrive at /signup/business, headed "Tell us about your business." Fill in Business name and pick your clinic type under What kind of business? from the fixed list. Then enter the clinic's address under Area you serve. The placeholder says "Locality and city — e.g. Satellite, Ahmedabad", so write it that way. The territory check runs here, before any payment, and a card on this screen shows the result.
3. Presence / Growth / Domination — The plan screen at /signup/plans is headed "Pick a plan and reserve your slot." with the kicker "Sign up · Step 3 of 3 · Plan". If your slot is open, the lead line reads "Your slot in {category} · {area} is open." If some packages are taken, a band reads "{category} in {area} is taken on {tiers}." with "Still open on {tiers} — a wider area, and a slot of its own." Presence is exclusive in your locality, Growth in your city, Domination in your state. Each card shows the base price with "GST extra." under it.
4. I need a GST invoice — Pick a plan and press the button that reads "Reserve with {plan} — {price}/mo". The payment sheet opens, headed Secure payment with the subline "{plan} plan · first month". Below the base price sit a GST 18% line and a "Today" total. Switch on I need a GST invoice and a GSTIN field appears. With the toggle on and the GSTIN missing or short, pressing Pay shows "GST number is required to receive a GST invoice." or "Enter all 15 characters of your GSTIN." under the field and the payment does not go ahead. Once the 15 characters are in a valid format, Verify GSTIN appears; it reads "Verifying GSTIN…" while it checks and "GSTIN verified" when the lookup succeeds. Verification is optional.
5. Pay ₹… — The button reads Pay ₹35,400 for Presence, Pay ₹64,900 for Growth or Pay ₹94,400 for Domination: the base price plus the GST 18% line. Pick UPI, Card or Net banking. While the bank responds the button shows "Confirming with your bank…". The sheet footer says "Cancel any time. Renews monthly at the same founding rate."

Common mistakes

• Expecting the plan-card figure at checkout. The plan cards show base prices marked "GST extra." Checkout adds the GST 18% line, so the total is higher. The pricing page lists the monthly plans.
• Leaving I need a GST invoice off when you want your GSTIN on the invoice. Switch it on before you pay and enter your GSTIN.
• Pressing Pay before entering all 15 characters of the GSTIN. With the toggle on, the message under the field, "GST number is required to receive a GST invoice." tells you why. Verification is optional and does not block payment.
• Writing only a city under Area you serve. The check needs a locality as well, because Presence exclusivity is per locality.
• Treating the ₹999 brand check as a plan. The plan screen also offers a one-time ₹999 brand check (button "Get the brand check — ₹999"), bought after you create the account. It is a single report, not a plan.

Why is the amount at checkout higher than the pricing page?

The Pay button then reads ₹35,400, ₹64,900 or ₹94,400. The difference is the 18% GST, which is why prices are written + 18% GST.

What if my locality is already taken?

So Presence in your locality may be gone while Growth (city) or Domination (state) is still open. If every package is spoken for, you can join the waitlist and Sunbots emails you if it opens.

Do I need a GSTIN to sign up?

No. The GSTIN is required only if you switch on I need a GST invoice. With the toggle off you can pay without one. With it on, a missing or short GSTIN stops the payment, and an error appears under the field. Verify GSTIN is optional, and a GST invoice is issued for every successful payment.

What happens right after payment?
