How it works · improvements by AI and data

Six stages, every week.
You are in exactly one of them.

Marketing that works is not a launch, it is a system that keeps improving. The platform runs the same steps every week — onboard, generate, approve, publish, monitor, improve — and then runs them again, weighted by what the data says actually brought customers in. Your part is the approval, and it takes about five minutes.

Drop by drop the lake fills — but only if the drops keep falling. Every week is a drop.

One week in, one week out.
Then it starts again — better informed.

Every step feeds the next, and the last step feeds the first. What earned calls in March decides what gets written in April. That single arrow — the one going back to the start — is the entire difference between a campaign and a system.

One week · step by step

What actually happens between Monday and Monday.

No mystery, no black box. Here is each stage, what runs on its own, and the one place where the platform stops and waits for you.

Stage 01 · AI onboarding · runs automatically

It reads your business the way Google and ChatGPT read it.

Before a single word is written, the platform looks at what already exists — your Google Business Profile, your website and its service pages, your social accounts, the questions people ask about your category, and what your nearest competitors are being found for. That becomes a ranked list of what is broken and what is missing. It re-runs on a schedule, so the list never goes stale and never has to be rebuilt by hand.

Stage 02 · Content generation · runs automatically

It writes from your material, not from a template.

Your services, your prices, your photos, your timings, your tone, and the claims you are not allowed to make — loaded once, used every week after that. Posts, captions, blogs and reel scripts come out of that, in the language your customers actually speak. Your plan sets the volume: between 20 and 120 posts and between 4 and 16 blogs a month.

"No claim you can't make. No offer you don't run."

Stages 03 & 04 · Approval and publishing · you approve, it publishes

One approval. Six places. On schedule, without a reminder.

Approved work goes out to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, your Google Business Profile and YouTube, plus the blog on your own website — each at the time it actually gets read. Nothing waits on somebody remembering, and nothing goes out before you have approved it.

Where it does not publish Not X (Twitter). Not TikTok. We publish where Indian local buyers and local search actually are.

Stage 05 · Monitoring · runs automatically

The point is the phone ringing. So that is what gets counted.

Every post carries exactly one way to act — a call button, a WhatsApp link, directions, a booking link. Each post's reach and saves are snapshotted as it ages, and your Google Business Profile's calls and direction taps come in daily. "Which week brought people in" stops being a debate and becomes a row in a table.

Then next week bends towards whatever worked.

At the end of the week the platform lines up what went out against what came back — taps, calls, messages, direction requests, and whether you turned up in AI answers. Next week's plan is weighted towards the formats, topics and timings that earned something. What earned nothing is dropped, not repeated louder. You also see what the AI work cost, itemised, in the same place.

Where this ends up

It doesn't. Week 26 runs the same five steps as week one — just carrying twenty-five weeks of evidence about your customers.

Week one · and every week after

Setup is a form, or just your website address. After that it is a click.

Week one · the only week that looks different

Three things have to be true before anything publishes.

One: the platform knows your business — services, prices, photos, timings, and the claims you are not allowed to make. You either fill that in on a short form, or you paste your website address and it reads the site and fills the form in for you, and you correct what it got wrong. Two: your accounts are connected, once, with access you grant and can revoke. Three: you have approved a first batch of drafts. Then the platform takes over and week two looks like every week after it.

The approval gate Out of the box, nothing publishes until you have approved it — in week one or in week fifty. You can hand over the approving later if you want to; until you do, it waits for you.

Open it. Click. Close it. That is the entire subscription.

Drafts arrive in one place, each with its image, its caption and where it is going. Approve, edit one line, or reject — one tap each. When you reject something, the reason feeds straight back into next week's drafts, so the same mistake does not come back. Miss a day and nothing breaks: the queue waits. It will never publish something you have not seen.

Inside step 05 · AI search visibility

When someone asks ChatGPT for the best ___ near me, we check whether you are in the answer.

Customers have started asking assistants instead of typing keywords. Those answers are generated fresh each time, they do not come with a rank number, and nobody can buy a place in them. So we do the only honest thing available: ask the question on a schedule, and record exactly what comes back.

The questions

We agree a list of prompts your customers would really type — "best paediatric dentist in Bopal", "bridal makeup rates Ahmedabad" — in the languages they type them in, not in marketing language.

The check

Each prompt is put to the assistants your customers use — ChatGPT and Perplexity — and the answer is stored: were you named, how prominently, and which page did it cite?

The work

Where you are missing, the gap goes back into step 02. The blog, the service page or the profile field that answers that question gets written and published — then the same prompt is checked again next month.

What a check is — and what nobody can promise One check is one question, put to one assistant, once, with the answer recorded and dated. Your plan includes 50, 150 or 300 checks a month. Nobody — us very much included — can guarantee an assistant will name your business: these answers are generated, not ranked, and they move. What we can do is measure it honestly every month, show you the trend, and write the pages that give the assistants something true to quote.
