What Sunbots doesn't do for shops

It doesn't count sales or walk-ins, sync your catalogue to an Instagram or Facebook shop, or send WhatsApp or SMS reminders. It counts what it can see: enquiries, call taps and direction requests.

When you sign up, you claim your kind of shop in your area, and we don't sell that slot to another shop on the same plan. The area grows with the plan: your locality on Presence, your city on Growth, your state on Domination. Online-only brands don't hold an area.

Presence ₹30,000, Growth ₹55,000, Domination ₹80,000 a month, plus 18% GST. Google and Meta ads are on Growth and Domination only, run in your own ad accounts and launch only after you approve.

Before you book.

Can it post my products and prices?

Yes. Add your products, prices and photos once, and posts are written from them. It is told never to invent offers, discounts or deadlines, so for a sale you give it the offer. Posts wait for your approval by default.

Does it work for an online store?

Yes. Blogs publish to your Shopify, WordPress or Webflow site, and product posts and reels go to your social pages. Online-only brands don't hold an area, so the one-per-area rule doesn't apply to them.

Will it count my sales or walk-ins?

No. It counts what it can see: form enquiries tagged by channel and campaign, plus call taps and direction requests from your Google listing. It doesn't connect to your billing counter, and it doesn't send WhatsApp or SMS reminders.

Will you also work with the shop down the road?

Not on the same plan in the same area. When you sign up you claim your kind of shop in your area, and we don't sell that slot again on that plan.

Will it post without my approval?

Not unless you tell it to. Posts wait for your approval by default, and you can switch the whole queue to approve automatically.
