1. Ask us directly (fastest)

• In the app: sign in and use the export/delete controls in Settings, or disconnect a connected account under Settings → Channels to revoke our access and remove its stored tokens.
• By email: write to privacy@sunbots.in from the address on your account, asking us to delete your data. We may need to verify your identity before we act.

2. Deletion requested through Facebook

When you remove Sunbots Marketing from your Facebook account's Business Integrations settings, Facebook automatically sends us a signed data-deletion request. We honour it: we delete the personal data we hold that is tied to that Facebook login — including stored access and refresh tokens and cached profile data for the connected account — except anything we must keep by law (for example, billing and tax records).

Each request is issued a confirmation code, and Facebook shows you a link back to this page carrying that code so you can check the status of your request. You can also quote that code to us by email at any time.

3. Where we act as processor

If your data was uploaded or connected by one of our business customers so that we could run marketing on their behalf (for example, you are one of their leads or part of their social-media audience), that customer is the controller / Data Fiduciary and we act as their processor / Data Processor. Please send your deletion request to that business; we will assist them in carrying it out under our Data Processing Addendum.

4. What we delete and when

On a verified request we delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data we hold about you and revoke the tokens for any account you connected. We complete deletion within the timelines required by applicable law (generally within 30 days) and confirm once it is done. Backups are purged on their normal rotation cycle.
