Who this is for

For software, AI products, agencies and media.

These are the four online business types you can pick during setup. When setup reads your business as software or services, drafts use a business-to-business voice: written for LinkedIn first, teaching rather than selling.

Selling physical products online? See marketing for shops and D2C brands.

Sunbots is right for you if…

  • You sell software, an AI product, agency services or media online
  • Your blog runs on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or a static site built from a GitHub repo
  • You'd rather approve drafts than write them
  • You have ₹30,000 a month, plus GST, for marketing

Probably not, if…

  • You need signups in a week. Search usually takes one to three months
  • You want trials, activation or revenue tied to each post
  • You need to be the only company in your category we work with

What you get

Four jobs, done for you. You approve.

How it works
The Sunbots review queue, shown with a demo clinic's drafts: an Instagram post and a LinkedIn post waiting, each with Approve, Edit and Reject buttons.

LinkedIn and social

A feed that sounds like a founder, not a brochure.

Posts that teach or take a stance: a lesson learned, a decision and why it was made. Written from your website and the product facts you add, for LinkedIn first, with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Business in the same queue if you use them.

✓ Posts wait for your approval by default.

  • Draft ready: “Invoicing for freelancers: what to automate first”
  • Published to Webflow, into your blog collection
  • Committed to GitHub as Markdown; your deploy takes it live
  • “invoicing software for freelancers”: #14, last week #17

SEO

Blogs published on your own site.

4, 8 or 16 blogs a month, depending on your plan, sent to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or a GitHub repo for static sites like Astro and Hugo. Technical SEO audits, and 25 to 100 keywords tracked every week.

✓ The traffic lands on your domain.

AI answers

Every month we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude about the searches you track, and show whether you were mentioned, whether your site was cited, and which of your competitors came up.

Leads

See which channel brought each demo request.

Landing pages with forms for demos, waitlists and newsletters. Every lead lands in one list, tagged with the channel and campaign that brought it, and each new lead also reaches you by email.

✓ You see what works, not “reach”.

How it runs

Set up once. Then five minutes a week.

  1. Day one

    It reads your business

Onboarding reads your website and the facts you add: what you sell, who buys it, and who you compete with.

  2. Every week

    Posts land in one queue

Approve, edit or reject from your phone, or switch the whole queue to approve automatically.

  3. Every week and month

    You see what moved

Keyword positions every week, AI answers every month, and every lead with its source. Each new lead also reaches you by email.

Your rules, checked on every draft.Tell it the rules your industry follows and anything you never want said, for example no uptime figures, or never naming a competitor. Every draft is checked against them before it reaches you. You stay responsible for compliance.

Common questions

Before you book.

Will the posts sound like our founder?

For software and services businesses, they are written from a founder's or operator's point of view: a real opinion, a lesson, a decision and why. They are drafted from your website and the product facts you add, so edit anything that is not how you would say it. Posts wait for your approval by default.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend us?

No, and nobody honestly can. Every month we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude about the searches you track and show whether you were mentioned, whether your site was cited, and which of your competitors came up. We do not track Google's own AI results.

Where do the blogs get published?

On your own site. Connect WordPress, Webflow or Shopify, or a GitHub repo for a static site such as Astro or Hugo, where each post is committed as a Markdown file and your own deploy takes it live.

Can you track trials, activation or revenue?

No. Sunbots reports leads by the channel and campaign that brought them, from its landing-page forms and tagged links. What happens inside your product stays in your own analytics.

Will you also work with our competitors?

We can't promise we won't. Area exclusivity is for local businesses that serve one place. Online businesses sell everywhere, so there is no area to hold, and we don't offer exclusivity for them.
